Terms & Conditions
These terms apply with the approved quote and attached gift inventory. Read before accepting on page 4.
1. Booking and scope
A request alone does not reserve a slot. Booking is confirmed when the provider accepts the order in writing, the client approves the quote and these terms, and any required payment is received. Only listed services are included. Changes require written approval of cost and timing before work proceeds.
2. Pricing and payment
The final quote states sizes, paper sources, finishes, discounts, tax if applicable, transport, and rush fees. A 50% deposit is due for orders of $100 or more or orders requiring custom materials; smaller orders are paid at drop-off. Deposits count toward the total. Any balance is due before return. Do not send card details on this form.
3. Bulk orders and measurements
Bulk discounts apply only to eligible base wrapping charges in one booking with one handoff and return. Extras and separately quoted work are excluded. Final boxed dimensions determine size. Any difference found at intake is quoted for approval before affected work begins.
4. Preparing your gifts
Supply clean, dry gifts in suitable boxes, with removable gift ID / recipient labels and accurate To/From spelling. Boxing is extra if requested. The client confirms ownership or authority to submit the items and discloses fragile items and any item worth more than $250 for acceptance in advance. Cash, loose jewelry, hazardous materials, weapons, and perishables are not accepted.
5. Paper, designs and substitutions
Customer paper must be usable and sufficient. Unused customer materials are returned. No paid material substitution is made without approval; missing supplies may delay completion. Custom tags include one proof and one revision. Printing starts after written proof approval. Extra revisions or changes after approval are quoted first.
6. Timing and delays
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Standard targets: 1-9 gifts, 2 business days; 10-24, 3 days; 25-39, 4-5 days. Larger / custom orders are scheduled individually. Timing starts after all gifts, materials, details, approvals, and required payment are received. Rush work requires express acceptance. The confirmed return date controls; delays are communicated promptly.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel by text or email using the provider contact on page 1. If no work or authorized nonreturnable materials have been committed, payments are refunded in full. Otherwise, only completed work at agreed rates, authorized nonreturnable materials, and completed transport are charged. Any remainder is refunded within 7 business days. No blanket deposit forfeiture applies. Required legal cancellation rights take priority.
8. Provider cancellation
If the provider cannot complete the work, uncompleted service charges and unused refundable material charges are refunded and gifts are returned promptly. A revised deadline or partial completion requires client approval. A separately paid rush fee is refunded if the provider misses the agreed rush deadline.
9. Handoff and collection
Gifts and visible condition are checked against the inventory at handoff and return; sealed contents are not inspected. Only the client or a named authorized adult may collect. Delivery requires a confirmed adult handoff unless a separate written arrangement is accepted. Missed visits may require an approved additional trip fee. Uncollected gifts are not automatically discarded; no storage fee applies unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Care, concerns and remedies
The provider uses reasonable care. Pre-existing damage and undisclosed packaging weaknesses are recorded when identified. Inspect gifts promptly and report concerns as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours; this request does not waive legal rights. Wrapping errors are corrected or the affected service refunded as appropriate. Responsibility for gift loss or damage caused by the provider is assessed under applicable law; no blanket liability waiver applies.
11. Privacy and photographs
Contact and recipient information is used to fulfill and communicate about the order. Necessary details may be shared with an agreed delivery helper. Internal inventory / condition photos may be taken. Public marketing photos require separate optional permission on page 4; names, addresses, and gift contents are excluded.
12. Agreement and consumer rights
These terms, the approved quote, inventory, and written approved changes form the agreement. No wording removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a sale carries a statutory cancellation right, the provider supplies any required separate notice and cancellation forms; this intake sheet does not replace them.
